Shipping Policy

At RAE SWIM®, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every piece is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During collection launches, promotions, and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you updated via email.

Express Delivery – £5.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked service via Royal Mail

Free UK Standard Delivery

  • Available on all UK orders over £120

Europe Delivery

Standard Delivery - £9.99

  • Estimated delivery: 5-8 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked via DHL

Express Delivery - £25

  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked service via DHL. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we work closely with our delivery partners, RAE SWIM® cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

RAE SWIM® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend your order before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@raeswimuk.com with your order number and any supporting photographs.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

For all international orders (including orders shipped to Europe), duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any other import charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees may be required before your order can be delivered.

RAE SWIM is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, nor for any additional charges incurred during importation.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
